UPDATE: Missing woman found dead | News
The search for a missing Region 8 woman has come to a tragic end.
Cross County Sheriff J. R. Smith says Shelia Wicker Karow was found dead late Tuesday.
Investigators believe she lost control of her 1992 Toyota Corolla on a curve north of Cherry Valley. The car apparently ran off into a ditch and overturned.
Smith says her body has been sent to the Arkansas State Crime Lab for autopsy. He says no foul play is suspected.
Karow was last seen leaving the Cherry Valley Exxon on Saturday.
