Mr. Gary Paul Jenkins, 58, of Parkin, Arkansas passed away Sunday, April 15, 2012 at home.

He was preceded in death by his father, Vernon Gerald Jenkins, Jr; brother, Danny Jenkins; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Jenkins, Sr. and Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Williams, Jr.

Gary was born on December 29, 1953 in Wynne, Arkansas. He was a chemical engineer and was employed with MI SWACO in Houston, Texas. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Parkin, Arkansas. Gary was a member of the National Guard.

Survivors are his mother, Faye Williams Jenkins of Parkin; daughter, Jennifer Delana Wyrick of Tyronza; brothers, Randy Jenkins of Lebanon, Tennessee; Vernon Jenkins, III of Wynne; sister, Vicki Jenkins of Parkin; grandchildren, Josh Conlee and Jaycee Greene; 7 nieces, 2 nephews, 1 great niece and 5 great nephews.

Visitation will be Thursday morning, 10 to 12 PM at Kernodle Funeral Home. Graveside services will be Thursday at 12:30 at Parkin Cemetery in Parkin, Arkansas.
