Man arrested twice in three days for same crime | Crime
Just three days after he was arrested on criminal trespassing charges, a Cross County man was arrested again and charged with the same crime.
On Thursday, February 1, Cross County sheriff’s deputies arrested 21-year-old Johnathan Paulman and 26-year-old Ashli Wilson, both of Parkin.
The couple was charged with criminal trespassing and theft of property, both misdemeanors. Bond was set for the pair at $2,500.
On Monday, February 4, deputies arrest Paulman a second time for criminal trespassing. He was also charged with the following felonies: criminal mischief, theft of property and commercial burglary.
Paulman’s bond was set at $50,000.
