Wynne man accused of stealing, selling copper | Crime
A Wynne man faces felony theft charges after investigators say they caught him stealing copper.
Cain Sutherland Hess, 21, was arrested Friday, April 19, according to a news release from the Cross County Sheriff’s Office.
He’s charged with theft of property, a Class D felony.
According to investigators with the sheriff’s office, Hess was stealing scrap copper and selling it.
His bond was set at $5,000.
