Gov. Beebe to speak at veterans' cemetery dedication | Community Spirit

You're invited to attend a dedication ceremony for the new Arkansas State Veterans' Cemetery will be held Friday, May 4, at 1 p.m. in Birdeye.

Governor Mike Beebe will deliver the keynote address.

The cemetery, which is located at 3600 Highway 163, will be the final resting place for veterans, their spouses and dependents.

It is the second veterans cemetery operated by the state.  The other is located in North Little Rock.
